Leopards is taught by Mrs Williams and Mrs Masson.
A warm welcome to the Leopards’ class.
Here in the Leopards we believe we need to understand our strengths and weaknesses to achieve well in our learning. We know about and discuss our Building Learning Power (BLP) and we know the conditions that we learn best in. For example, we know if we are better learners when we collaborate or work on our own. We also try our best to manage our distractions and stick to tricky tasks. We don’t give up if our learning is hard. When our learning is a challenge, that is when we are learning the most!
A typical day in the Leopards includes a Talk for Writing Literacy lesson, a Maths Mastery lesson and topic led work in the afternoons, as well as computer coding, PE, Science, French and PSHE.
This term our topic is the ‘Ancient Egyptians’ and our Science unit is ‘Understanding Living Things.’
